A compression spring is a dynamic component that undergoes changes throughout the production process. We have optimized and refined this entire process over decades. This enables us to produce highly precise compression springs with very tight tolerances. The quality of our precision springs has earned us an excellent reputation in the market as a leading compression spring manufacturer.
Tension Springs
In many applications, tension springs are essential components for controlling pulling or return movements. We manufacture tension springs with classic German-style loops as well as with non-standardized, customer-specific shapes. By selecting specific materials and surface treatments, we are able to manufacture the perfect tension spring for every purpose.
Bending Parts and Torsion Springs
We use advanced machinery to produce high quality bent wire parts and leg springs for our customers. The process of manufacturing bent parts differs from that of conventional springs. In order to bend the wire correctly, this often requires specialized tools, holders, and guides. These are custom-made in our workshop for each individual part.
