Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only save access data without personal references such as the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested file. These data are evalueted exclusively to improve our offer and do not allow any conclusion to be your person.
Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily it to us (e.g. as part of your contact request or opening a customer account). We use the data you provided without your separate consent exclusivly to fulfill the purposes for which you have provided us with the data. Once the purposes us with the data have fully fulfilled, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the tax and commercial regultions have expired, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.

Hosting
Our website is hosted by an external IT service provider. Personal data collected in this context (e.g., IP addresses, metadata, and communication data) are stored on the provider’s servers. The legal basis for this processing is the fulfillment of our contractual obligations toward our customers (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in the secure provision of our online offering (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). A contract for order processing (Data Processing Agreement, DPA) has been concluded with the hosting provider.

Customer Account and Registration
On our website (including the shop section), you can create a password-protected customer account. In doing so, personal data such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number are collected and processed. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract, order processing, and providing an overview of your orders. You can delete your customer account at any time. After deletion, your data will be removed immediately, provided that no statutory retention periods (e.g., under the German Commercial Code (HGB) or Tax Code (AO)) prevent deletion.

Data Sharing for Shipping

To fulfill our contractual obligations (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), we share your personal data (name, address, and, if applicable, telephone number for delivery notifications) with the shipping and logistics company responsible for delivering your order (e.g., DHL or other carriers), to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. These service providers process the data solely for shipping purposes and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

Payment via PayPal
f you choose PayPal as your payment method, your personal data (e.g., name, address, email address, and payment information) will be transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg) in order to process the payment. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract. In this context, PayPal acts as an independent controller of the data. SSL / TLS Encryption
This website uses SSL and TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the website operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol displayed in your browser. If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Use of cookies
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted again after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your browser on your next visit (so called persistant cookies).

Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on this website, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). GA4 uses technologies such as cookies and browser tracking to analyze your use of the website. The information generated by these technologies about your usage of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address is truncated within the EU before it is transmitted to the USA (IP anonymization). The transmission is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the safeguards approved by the European Commission, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Event data is stored for a maximum of 2 months. User data linked to cookies, user IDs, or advertising IDs is stored for a maximum of 14 months and then automatically deleted or anonymized. The retention period may be extended if new user activity occurs within this period.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. Further information and the option to withdraw can be found below in the section Manage Consent Settings.

Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads, an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
As part of Google Ads, we use conversion tracking. When you click on a Google advertisement, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of users. If the user visits certain pages on this website while the cookie is still valid, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page.

Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads)
Our website uses conversion tracking from Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA).
Microsoft sets a cookie on your computer if you reached our website via a Microsoft advertisement. This allows us and Microsoft to recognize that someone clicked on an ad and was redirected to our website.

Analysis by wiredminds
Our website uses the Leadlab system from wiredminds GmbH, Lindwurmstraße 124, 80337 Munich (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze visitor behavior.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimization and economic operation of our online offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data is collected, processed, and stored, from which usage profiles are created under a pseudonym. Insofar as IP addresses are recorded, they are anonymized immediately by deleting the last number block. The collected data will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website without the separately given consent of the person concerned.

Geolocation (Determination of Location)
To display appropriate shipping information, we determine the region of your IP address via WooCommerce (MaxMind). This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
To prevent multiple displays, a technically necessary cookie is stored, which expires after 24 hours.
