To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a:

Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Location: Böhmenkirch

What you can expect:

• Independent organization and execution of production orders
• Monitoring of machines and production processes
• Setup and maintenance of spring end grinding machines and shot peening systems
• Inspection and measurement of finished parts
• Documentation of production and quality inspection processes
• Loading and operation of spring end grinding machines and shot peening systems
• Supporting and guiding colleagues with technical questions

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training as a machine operator, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in a production environment
• Experience with automation technology is a plus
• Strong team spirit, resilience, and a high degree of initiative
  A structured and systematic way of working
• Willingness to work in shifts and, when required, on Saturdays
