Machine Setter / Production Technician (m/f/d)

Our family-owned company, founded in 1969, specializes in the customer-specific design and manufacturing of technical springs based on drawings, with wire diameters ranging from 0.10 to 14.00 mm. Our extensive experience in the development and design of precision springs has made us an established partner for many well-known customers. With 150 employees, we manufacture customized products at our site in Böhmenkirch, located in the Swabian Jura, perfectly tailored to each customer’s individual requirements.

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a:

MACHINE SETTER / PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

Location: Böhmenkirch

What you can expect:

• ❖ Independent organization and execution of production orders
• ❖ Monitoring of machines and production processes
• ❖ Setup and maintenance of spring end grinding machines and shot blasting systems
• ❖ Inspection and measurement of manufactured parts
• ❖ Documentation of production and inspection processes
• ❖ Loading and supplying spring end grinding machines and shot blasting systems
• ❖ Supporting and instructing colleagues when questions arise

What we expect from you:

• ❖ Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable qualification
• ❖ Practical, relevant experience in a production environment
• ❖ Experience with automated systems is an advantage
• ❖ Strong team skills as well as a high level of resilience and initiative
• ❖ Structured and systematic working style
• ❖ Willingness to work shifts and, if required, Saturdays
